Sky Thunder WILL NOT be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss sustained in the sale, use, or misuse of any products purchased. All products are sold on the condition that Sky Thunder shall not be liable in a civil action for any accident, injury, or other damage that occurs during transport, storage, or use of products. You are solely responsible for any use or possession after the consumer fireworks are shipped.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sky Thunder Fireworks websites and the materials and products on this Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Due to the sensitive nature of shipping fireworks, no returns will be accepted (see below). Sky Thunder does not represent or warrant that the functions contained on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this Site or the server that makes the Site available are free of viruses. Sky Thunder does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials on the Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so these limitations may not apply to your location.

Return Policy for Damaged Shipments Only

Sky Thunder works hard to ship all orders in excellent condition. The fireworks are thoroughly inspected, and we make sure the fireworks are packed carefully to ensure safe transport. Sky Thunder recommends that you inspect firework boxes as soon as you receive your order and before the delivery driver departs. If the exterior of any box is visibly damaged (water damage, rips, breaks, etc.), Sky Thunder strongly recommends that you open the boxes with the delivery driver present and take note of any damaged fireworks. You must contact Sky Thunder immediately after your discovery of the damaged goods and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have seen. We will attempt to work with you to solve any problems; however, due the hazardous material classification of fireworks, Sky Thunder will not accept any returns on fireworks under any circumstances.

Errors (Typos)

If it should occur that Sky Thunder has a product that was mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sky Thunder reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. A refund will be given if such an error or refusal occurs. Keep in mind that product design work changes often, but we do our best to make sure that our products are correctly displayed online.
